Built in 2001 by an entrepreneur and devoted family man from Thessaloniki, who later moved to London, it was designed to capture the spirit and coastal charm of his childhood home. Created for his family, with the intention that it would one day be cared for by his daughter, every detail was thoughtfully shaped in close collaboration with architects.
