The Location

Nestled on the eastern edge of the beautiful island of Evia in Greece, the villa enjoys a tranquil position above the sea in the quiet village of Agii Apostoli. Situated just a short drive from golden-sanded beaches and local tavernas, you’ll wake to panoramic Aegean views, and drift off under Mediterranean skies.

In the Heart of Agii Apostoli

Tucked on the eastern side of Evia Island, The Alexander Villa sits just outside the peaceful fishing village of Agii Apostoli. With golden sands, calm blue waters, and a handful of charming fish and meat tavernas, it’s a true hidden gem.
The village offers everything you need; mini-markets, a bakery, pharmacy, butcher, a quaint church and three relaxed beach bars, which are open in the day and evenings.
Evia itself is Greece’s second-largest island, linked to the mainland, making it easily accessible from Athens International Airport (under 2 hours drive).
The island remains wonderfully unspoiled, blending forested mountains, historic sites, and serene beaches into one unforgettable destination.

Where to Eat

Agii Apostoli offers a delightful mix of traditional Greek and international cuisine.

You can enjoy homemade dishes at the family-run Argo Hotel & Studios, managed by Makis Kanaris, or sample international flavours at Stomio Beach Restaurant, set right on the waterfront.

Along the coast, several local tavernas serve fresh seafood, gyros, and souvlaki, while three beach bars sit side by side, offering a relaxed setting for cocktails and sunsets
